Each batch cuts neatly into 7. 2 slices (1 of each of 2 different flavours perhaps?) Is good for one breakfast.
Takes: 35 minutes
Equipment
Baking paper
Loaf tin
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup liquid (whole milk/formula/breast milk/juice/puree)
Method
Line a loaf tin with baking paper, preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
Spoon into the lined tin and smooth down.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Leave to cool (preferably overnight) and cut into slices.
Store in the fridge in airtight containers.
The variety comes from the wet ingredients. Here are some I have tried:
Banana and peach
1 pouch of Ella’s kitchen banana and peach, squeeze into a jug and top up to the cup mark with whole milk.
Apple and strawberry
6 large strawberries chopped into very small pieces, 100ml apple juice, 100ml whole milk.
