Baked Celeriac

Tin foil

Ingredients
A celeriac
Oil
Dried thyme
Salt and pepper

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Peel the celeriac and cut it in half.
Cover each celeriac half in a tbsp of oil, ¾ tsp of salt, 1 tsp of dried thyme and a grind of black pepper.
Wrap each half in foil and bake for an hour.
