Luxe Mac n Cheese

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients

300g dried macaroni pasta
2tsp garlic puree
2tbsp cream cheese
125 ml white wine
1 veg stock cube
1tbsp olive oil
1tbsp butter
1tsp dried parsley
1tbsp dried tarragon
1 cup grated cheese
About a litre of water

Method

Add all the ingredients apart from the water and grated cheese to a large non stick pan and stir through to ensure the pasta is coated.

Add about half a litre of water and bring to the boil. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Add more water as and when necessary until the pasta is fully cooked and all the liquid is absorbed into a sticky sauce.

Add the grated cheese, stir through and serve.
