Equipment
Just a large (ideally non stick) pan
Ingredients
700g Quorn chicken pieces
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp cumin seeds
30g (approx) ginger puree
1 tbsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
juice of 1 lemon
Method
Put the cumin seeds into a hot pan and lightly toast (around 15 seconds)
Add the rest of the ingredients apart from the chicken pieces to the pan with 2 tbsp of water to make a paste
Add the Quorn pieces, stir to ensure they are coated in the spice paste and lower the heat
Cook for 15 minutes, making you to add enough water 1 tbsp at a time to avoid everything drying out
