Ingredients
2 parsnips, grated
1 onion, grated
150g gram flour
200ml water
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground turmeric

Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, ensuring everything is well coated
Deep fry dessert spoon sized amounts in batches for 5 minutes

Tip
These can be made ahead of time and simply heated in the oven for 10 minutes prior to serving
