Smokey Pepper Ketchup

Serves: 6
Takes: 25 minutes

Equipment
Blender (stick blender is probably easiest, but any blender would do)
Small pan

Ingredients
1 red pepper
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 heaped tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp chili flakes

Method
Chop the red pepper into chunks, grill until it starts to char, turn over and char the other side.
Once the pepper is charred, blend all the ingredients together.
Transfer the ketchup to a pan and heat through.
Any leftover can be kept for a couple of days in the fridge.
