Curry Potato soup

Garlic

Ginger

Butter

Some frozen chopped spinach

1 potato diced

½ onion chopped (frozen!)

¼tsp turmeric

¼tsp chilli powder

1 tsp mild curry powder

1tbsp lime juice

1 vege stock cube

About 300ml water

Bring to the boil, uncover and reduce then leave it alone for ~20 minutes

Come back and gently mash the potato about so it’s still chunky

Add a TSP of cornflour and stir through

Add a dollop of cream and some black pepper

Serve with bread
