big chunk of butter (optional)
1 chopped onion (frozen is good!)
1tsp dried basil
1tsp dried thyme
½tsp dried oregano
2tsp garlic granules
1tsp salt
600ml water
2 vege stock cubes (I use chicken flavour)
1 carton passata
500g chicken pieces (Quorn or Iceland are best, in my opinion)
Throw that all in a pan and simmer on a low heat for at least 20 minutes.
Ten minutes before serving:Add 300g spinach and ricotta tortellini
Add 80g chopped spinach leaves
Optional: pour some cream in before serving.
