Peas Pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 cup peas
  • 120 grams spinach
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp chilli flakes
  • 30 grams pecorino
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dash pasta water to loosen it up

Instructions

  1. cook the peas in boiling water, then drain

  2. blend all ingredients together, adding a splash more pasta water if needed
