
This has to be (one of) the easiest mousse recipes ever
Break up the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a glass bowl over a pan of boiling water
While the chocolate is melting, whisk the cream and rum together until peaky
Once the cream is whisked and the chocolate is melted, mix them together thoroughly but gently
Divide into 8 ramekins or small dessert bowls
Chill for at least an hour before serving
